Petition No. 7

A plea from the 'Conservation Council of Western Australia'
Why are WA 's rare and endangered cockatoos starving? http://www.facebook.com/events/294543957259620/

Loggers have moved in ahead of schedule on one of the few remaining habitats of the Western Australian Black Cockatoo, robbing environmentalists of the chance to fight for the bird’s habitat.  You can take action by signing the petition http://ccwa.org.au/content/save-our-cockatoos

NLPR is appalled to hear that once again Australia is set to destroy its flora and fauna, as is the trend with World Governments - May the higher powers to be help this fragile planet with its climate change, through loss of woodlands and great forests and its precious ecosystem against ignorant, ruthless governments and greedy business men!

Please tell the Western Australian Government what you politely think of their appalling action to log precious forest habitat that is not only vital to the survival of the endangered black cockatoos but also to the survival of indigenous flora and fauna by signing the petition. Shame on them!
